i had a great 5 nights at desiree. the room was spacious with plenty of storage, and the bathroom was impressive. the location is just a short walk to the city center. The beach is nearby, which is a definite bonus. the friendly breakfast hostess really started my day on a positive note!

the cleaners asked everyday if they wanted to clean my room, which is quite odd for a hotel, I expected at least a complimentary drink after such inconvenience. my room was on the lowest floor with no elevator. I almost thought about sharing my review, but just couldn’t. such mediocre service is hard to ignore.

The view from our room was unbelievable! The staff was super helpful with awesome local recommendations. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh pastries every morning. Plus, it's just a pleasant 10-minute walk to the city center. Definitely worth it! 😊

The location was terrific, just a nice walk from the bustling center of Sorrento. There's a beach accessible by elevator. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the receptionist who provided useful directions. However, the shower setup was unusual and could use improvement.

The location proved to be quite a trek from the train station, complicated by steep inclines. Rooms were smaller than expected, necessitating an upgrade for a balcony view. Attempts to fix toilet issues were handled poorly, leaving guests to deal with inadequate facilities for too long.
